I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from different therapeutic models to tailor my approach to your individual needs. At the heart of my practice is the Person-Centred Approach, which places you at the core of the process. This means our sessions focus on what feels most important for you to bring - whether that’s challenges, questions, or simply space to reflect, so that our work feels meaningful, collaborative, and relevant to your life. My approach focuses on supporting people through low mood, anxiety, or times when life feels particularly challenging or uncertain. I offer a safe and caring space to untangle your thoughts and make sense of whatever feels heavy, confusing, or hard to express. Together, we can make sense of what you’re carrying and work towards the changes that matter most to you.
What This Means For You
All you need to bring is yourself. There is no need to prepare specific topics in advance; trust that what is important will naturally arise during our sessions.
It is helpful to approach therapy with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process, even if you’re unsure where to start. Remember, there is no pressure to have everything figured out; our sessions are dedicated to supporting you in your journey toward understanding and healing.
